- We fulfill orders by hand from the store, so there can be a slight delay in shipping confirmation while your order is prepared. As soon as your items are ready to go, we will confirm with a tracking information.
- If there is a problem with your order we will call or email to discuss possible alternatives. Of course if we cannot find a suitable option we will immediately issue a full refund.
